The Executive Session

Every TEC meeting devotes at least 4 hours to the Executive Session.
That's when you bring an issue to the table - any issue. We help the CEO keep body and soul together so that they can turn around and do the same for the folks that depend on them. The issues covered in an average meeting might include:
  • Here's my new product idea. What problems do you see?
  • How can I get $10 million without signing a personal guarantee?
  • What am I missing when I look over my P&L statement?
  • My Dad just found out he has cancer. I don't know what to do.
  • Is it time for me to start advertising on TV?. How do I put together a media plan?
  • My inventory level is 22% higher than my floor-plan company demands. Help!
When you get a shot at putting your issue on the table...
  • You'll have 5-10 minutes to lay out the issue & what you want from the group
  • The group will grill you with questions - until they have a handle on the real issues
  • Then you go silent and listen as the group tears down the issue and builds a solution
  • When they finish they'll ask you two questions
    1. What did you hear them say, and
    2. What are you going to do about it - and when

We'll start next month's meeting by asking you
what you've done on that Isssue

Now ...
Imagine yourself sitting around
a table like the one shown below.
Pay it a visit and imagine what
help you might be able to get.

Where we come, each month ---

  • for safe harbor
  • for a sounding board
  • to be held accountable
  • to focus on strategy
