Lets Take a Look
at TEC's Benefits & Costs

The decision to join TEC is, ultimately, a gut level entrepreneurial decision.  Either it makes sense, or it doesn't.   Some CEOs, however, like to reinforce their gut instinct with a benefit/cost analysis.  If that’s true for you, consider the following:

About the Costs

1.  Time
-
One full day per month, plus a 2 hour 1-on-1 with your TEC Chair in between meetings. The time you spend in TEC is an investment, not an expense, because it yields substantial returns ---- increased productivity,. revenue and profits.

Most importantly though, the time you spend in TEC actually gives you more personal time, as you learn to build and manage a self-sustaining organization.  That way you get to return to what you do best and enjoy most.  It is possible to grow a business without losing your soul, your spouse or your kids.

2.  Money - A year’s worth of TEC costs you less than one minimum-wage employee.  It’s noticeable, but miniscule in the grand scheme of things.  Go back and study the benefit boxes above and ask yourself The Question:  -

Where else could I possibly get 15 of the best minds in the Orlando area, plus all those benefits - all focused on me?   TEC may just be one of the best values around.
